Gregg joined the InSource team after serving as Managing Director for Axio Financial where he developed high-level strategic relationships and new business. He has over 26 years of financial services industry experience specializing in the bank broker dealer and independent channels. Previously, Gregg was the National Sales Manager for Navian Capital, leading distribution and new business development. Prior to that, Gregg served as President of First Merit Financial Services and AmTrust Investment Services and National Sales Manager for Key Investment services. Additionally, Gregg worked at SunAmerica, Huntington, and BankOne in senior leadership positions where he motivated teams and together they consistently exceeded revenue and activity targets.

He has had significant experience and is effective in change management, mergers, acquisitions, regulatory matters and organizational restructuring. Having earned the reputation as a dynamic leader, Gregg provides leadership to sales teams, develops winning customer strategies, and creates dynamic strategic solutions that drive growth and change.

Gregg is certified in FINRA Series 7, 24, 51, 63, and 66, Ohio Life and Health, and Property and Casualty. Gregg received his bachelor’s degree from University of Cincinnati and holds a graduate degree in banking from Louisiana State University (LSU).

He sits on the board for Alzheimer Association of Eastern Region of Ohio and is a board member for the Hudson Booster Club. Gregg has been married for 24 years to Dessa. They have four children and live in Hudson, OH.
