Jim Nickens joined InSource in 2011 as National Sales Manager and assumed the role of president in 2015. He is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the company and oversight of the day-to-day execution while ensuring profitable growth. Throughout his successful tenure, Jim has developed and implemented strategic business programs leading to both revenue and profit growth for the company. He continually concentrates on shaping a business environment which encourages the development of the InSource team and the support of our valued clients. 

Jim brings the core values of InSource to life at all levels of the organization by championing significant process and performance improvements, through driving change, accountability, and excellence. Jim considers InSource’s greatest asset to be their people. He believes in developing people, building leaders, and unleashing innovation. Jim ensures that all team members understand InSource’s core values and purpose, and exactly how their role influences the success of the company. 

Outside of work, Jim keeps busy spending time with his family, coaching soccer, and participating on various boards/committees including chairing the Bank Insurance and Securities (BISA) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and serving on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Soccer Association. He’s a huge fan of all sports but biased towards his hometown teams (Cleveland) and his alma mater, Amherst College.
