- Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia, or medication for memory loss
- Emphysema, COPD, Congestive heart failure, Cirrhosis of Liver, Aids, Alcoholism
- Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy,or Down Syndrome
- Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, taking methotrexate, prednisone, enbrel, etc.
- Osteoporosis that is untreated (Lost height of more than 2 inches)
- Stroke, TIA in the past two years, major surgeries within past year
- Cancer within 6 months (Need to be totally out of treatment)
- Untreated Diabetes (MoneyGuard auto decline for Type 1)
- On dialysis, paralysis (Paraplegia or Quadriplegia)
- Oxygen for any reason
- Organ transplant recipient
- Using a cane, wheelchair, or walker everyday
- Defibrillator
- On Disability and has a handicap sticker
- Taking a narcotic for pain everyday
- Undergoing medical treatment or surgery that is scheduled that hasn’t been completed yet
